For two months, Ian and Sue Liz from Northamptonshire, England, we’re looking for their beloved cat. Looking ahead, we will reassure all cat lovers: an expensive loss was nevertheless found!
A ragdoll cat named Dinki disappeared from the sight of its owners at the airport in Dubai. Ian and Sue, having lived in the UAE for five years, decided to return home to England. Of course, he took with him and his pets. Ian took the cats to the airport cargo terminal, where they were supposed to be loaded onto the plane. However, when the plane landed at London’s Gatwick Airport, Dinky’s cage was empty. The owners could not understand whether the cat remained on board the aircraft, escaped onboard already in England or even remained in the United Arab Emirates.
However, after landing at Gatwick Airport, it turned out that Dinki’s cage was empty. Apparently, he escaped from her before departure and left the airport. The hostess insisted on the latest version: the cage was too clean: “I know what he can do in his cage, but it was clean,” said Sue Liz. The loving owners did not want to put up with the loss of their cat: they believed that Dinky is there. The daughter of Ian and Sue created a special page on Facebook in an attempt to find the missing cat. The head of the family went in search of Dubai. The family even offered a reward for the cat in the amount of 5 thousand dirhams (about 1360 dollars).
What was the happiness of the whole family when, after numerous posts on social networks, Dinki was found two months later in an animal shelter in Dubai and handed over to the owners! Ian and Sue Liz met with their pet 25 km from Dubai Airport, where they last saw him.
Where all this cat was all this time, no one knows. And is it really that important? After a long absence, Dinky gets used to the house and his owners again.
